With a tagline of “Investments for Generations” and a company logo anchored by the Edwards family crest, Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. is a privately-held financial services firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Offering a wide array of investment products and services, Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. is a subsidiary of Benjamin Edwards Inc.

The company was founded in 2008 by Benjamin F. (Tad) Edwards IV, a 30-year securities industry veteran and son of Benjamin F. Edwards III, the legendary chairman, chief executive, and president of A.G. Edwards – a 120-year-old firm led by five generations of the Edwards family.

Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. is a company that is passionate about client service – putting its clients’ interests first and providing personalized investment advice based on a relationship of mutual understanding and trust.

Tad Edwards co-founded his new, full service brokerage firm with his father, Benjamin F. Edwards the Third, and named the new company for him as well. A director of Benjamin Edwards Inc., the holding company of the brokerage firm, Ben wa sa driving force in the brokerage industry for more than 40 years as chairman of AG Edwards, and was also known for his client-friendly leadership style and his adherence to the Golden Rule.
